The music world has just lost a true music pioneer as soul legend Teddy Pendergrass has passed away after struggling with cancer caused by his paralysis. He was paralyzed after a 1982 car accident. He was a key member of Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes and also has had success as a solo star. His hits include "Love TKO" and "Close The Door". He was 59 years old and will be missed.
